Did it start with president clinton or did he really just make the problem worse by giving a little lie. I mean lying has been around since people have been people so to speak. And we always seem to diffentiate in this country by saying that one lie is harmelss and another lie is not. Now i understand that to sometimes not hurt someone is very important but you can just not speak the truth. But to boost your blood numbers cmon now.
