Word of the Day - Tuesday

In trying to keep with word of the day Tuesday next Monday drop me a note with a word and I will use it (maybe). Today, From my wife she decided that the word appreciation was a good one.

Anyhow the word appreciation, is truly recognition, but it also comes to my dismay that people who are appreciated for their efforts aren't always compensated. Its easy to be appreciated what really needs to happen is for the appreciated people to be treated like a valuable member of a workplace or a esteemed member of the community. Appreciation and these too items don't always go hand in hand. Anyhow the word from my good friend Webster.
