Another Day, Another Donut?

Well I have had a few people ask me with regards to the Title of this blog. Well it goes back to Hockey and the year 1987. The devils were marching through the Patrick Division Playoff's and made it to the Semifinals of the Stanley Cup. Well there was an altercaltion with Jim Schoenfield the then COach of the Devils and the referree Don Koharski. Anyhow Schoefield told kahorski to "have another donut you fat pig. So thats the name of the blog.

As for the weekend, it was a really nice one. Got to see amber's brother and bridget, and had some dinner with Karen and Mike. Amber was off for vegas so it should be a quiet but crazy week taking care of the puppies. Well have a good night all.

All I can say is that know I believe Saudi Arabia is a terrorist state. Any country/nation/people that do not allow others to have freedom because of beliefs, Color, Creed, Nationality, should somehow or someway get whats coming to them. You know what, I could start a lets elimate all the Saudi's in the United States and Isreal campaign, but thats not the spirit of Americans and Jewish Americans. As one of them I can tell you this, I believe that people are good if they are taught to believe that there is good in everyone and everything.

And the Muslim religion even teaches that there is good in people, why oh why do the fanatics in that religion continue to be such hypocrits.

Howard Stern Show Taken Off Clear Channel Stations Allright now. This must end here. Howard Stern is vulgar, offensive, and ugly. However thats not the point. Freedom of speech everywhere is being violated in this country and its getting rediculous. Whats next you aren't going to be able to go to a sporting event and scream and yell at the players. This radio issue is a bigger then just freedom of speech. There are no more mom and pop radio stations. All of the stations are owned by clear channel, infinity etc. This must end. I thought de-regulation of industries was supposed to bring more competition, etc. However, maybe the government should look to de-regulate these large companies??

I can Honestly Say I am looking forward to the weekend. The weather has slowly started to warm up just a touch making it nice enough where you aren't freezing when leaving the house without a jacket. And there is a rumor that its supposed to hit 50 after some light rain tomorrow. Not that the weather is the most important thing. Well as for weekend plans, the best laid plans are when you have nothing to do. So here to is a weekend of the couch, spending time wiht my dogs, and my wife.

Daily Record News - Parent of downloader countersues

I don't necessarily agree with downloading music. Have, i done it, I will pose this to you who has not downloaded music. The strange items with this case is the countersuing by the woman in my own community. Its crazy to think about but its like gas companies all raising there prices on the same day (gas companies definatly talk to each other and raise there prices). The record companies should think about making CD's and music cheaper which will allow people to afford more. Technologies getting better, shouldn't htings be getting cheaper??

The Great Outdoors,

On saturday Amber and I took a trip to Pennsylvania to go skiing for a few hours. It was just so damn nice outside. To bad every day can't be relaxing and being with nature on the ski slope. I mean pennsylvania it is a beautiful place.

MSNBC - Student group offers scholarship for whites It figures this would come out of my alma matta. I can't say that i disagree with them, but I also understand the universities stance. And why wouldn't they even think about annoucing the name of the school newspaper.

Well the school is a great one, but after the death of the transient that went to the school there, this is again bad publicity.

DRUDGE REPORT 2004�. Matt Drudge is reporting an Intern Scandel with John Kerry. I am starting to believe that all media outlets are evil. They are all slanted and they all have there place. I have never been a kerry supporter but lets get all the facts before we go public with all this stuff. This is a dangerous time we live in right now, and it seems that instead of flight cancellations because of terrorist concerns we get this as news. I care for the safety of our country, but know that another attack is probably coming. Lets focus on the world around us.

Ramblings - SBowl, Weekend, Etc.

Well the superbowl was a great game. Congrats to all my friends up north who win another superbowl championship and welcome to the 2 timer club. You know join the Giants as 2 time Champs. As for me, it was a great game. The halftime show was dumb, and dumber for the hole janet jackson thing.

As for the weekend it was great. Had some drinks with some friends. Talked hair bands of the 80's for a bit and finally, got our basement / family room cleaned up. My wife, did such a great job with picking up and putting together the stuff from the wedding. It is simply amazing down there.

As for the superbowl, and the commercials there was only 1 commercial that I like. The one with Jerry Jones, and Parcells (traitor) singing tomorrow, tomorrow. Because today the GMEN are in first place of the NFC East.
