Living in Funkytown.

Sorry I haven been MIA, but I have been in quite a funk lately. I was sick with bronchitis for part of the month, and the weather has been cold and dreary, but I think that it is more than that.

I miss my friends, who are scattered across the country.

I miss my baby - being away from him while I am at work has not gotten easier, and while we were lucky enough to get a long weekend with him last week, it made getting back into our regular routine even more difficult.

I just feel like time is going by so fast and I can't seem to catch up. Tomorrow is December 1 and I don't have Christmas cards done, decorations put up, anything. Not to mention the fact that I really need to pay bills, go grocery shopping, make baby food and mail out a bunch of packages.

I don't feel like I am devoting enough time or attention to anything in my life, and everything is suffering as a result.

I am sure that things will get better, but I think that I need a littl pity party for myself.
